Refund & Returns Policy

Thank you for supporting Dragon Mu Sool and our print-on-demand shop. Please review our refund and return policy below:

1. Martial Arts Services & Memberships

• Tuition payments, trial classes, and registration fees are non-refundable.

• In exceptional circumstances, such as medical conditions or relocation, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis with written request.

2. Print-On-Demand Merchandise

All products in our online store are made to order through a print-on-demand service. Because of this:

• All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

• If your order arrives with a manufacturing issue or is damaged in transit, please email hello@dragonmusool.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Be sure to include:

  • A clear photo of the item and the damage

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

We appreciate your understanding as a small business using sustainable print-on-demand solutions.
